Born and raised in Flagstaff, AZ,  29-year-old Simon Cunningham is a pianist, director, music director, actor - and the president of FMT's board. He graduated from Berklee College of Music (summa cum laude, class of 2016) with a degree in music composition. 

Theatre is Simon's full-time job and passion. In addition to his work at FMT, Simon also works closely with other local Flagstaff theatre companies, including Flagstaff Shakespeare Festival, Theatrikos Theatre Company, and Simon Says Theatre.

Mr. Riddle is currently a board member and treasurer for FMT. He sings in the Master Chorale of Flagstaff and has participated in Flagstaff Music Theatre shows since 2005 and just finished his 21st production as a cast member and a production team member for the Third Annual "Christmas Renaissance Dinner" fundraiser. He retired in 2013 after 40 years of teaching HS choir, with the last 24 years at Coconino HS in Flagstaff. In 1989, he was voted "Teacher of the Year" by the students and faculty of Lodi, CA HS. In 2015, he received a "Lifetime Achievement Award" from the Arizona Music Educators Association and Arizona Choral Educators.
